Lot 1 : The scope of the assignment includes the supply, installation, customization, and maintenance of accounting software for 25 agribusiness SMEs located across different regions of Uganda. The selected vendor will configure the software to meet the operational and reporting needs of the SMEs, support data migration, provide user training, and deliver post-implementation technical support. The assignment also includes system customization, report generation, process documentation, and capacity building for SME staff to ensure effective utilization of the accounting systems and improved financial management practices.
