Lot 1 : The assignment aims to recruit an international consultant to support the implementation of the environmental and social safeguard requirements of the GEF Water project, “Sustainable Management of Water Resources and Pastures to Strengthen the Climate Resilience of Rural Communities in Djibouti.” The consultant will act as a technical lead and quality assurance expert for the preparation, review and validation of the project’s Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), Strategic Environmental and Social Assessment (SESA), Environmental and Social Management Plans (ESMP), and other related safeguard instruments.
